Any client who has purchased, sold or leased a home with me in 2011 up to and including November 2012.

Any person who has referred a potential  client who has signed an agreement with the intent to sell, buy or lease a home...in 2011 up to and including Novemer 2012.

It is not possible to cover all eventualities...., entry submission will be at my sole discretion.  This draw is in addition to any other incentives that may be provided from time to time.
